Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Caine Willding got the match started through his kick off. Clay Hines didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Arnold Mccormick went, in the 3rd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. The supporters of Frances booed when Waroula was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 6 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bruno Monck didn't get a good kick on the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Danton Cordrey in the 10th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Steve Schoenke prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Dakota Hickman took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 16th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Clay Hines. Waroula's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Caine Willding received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Clay Hines tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Caine Willding sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Arnold Mccormick had several of the Waroula's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 39 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 2-0 score and a disappointed Clay Hines as he didn't even see the shot coming. Clay Hines took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Caine Willding, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.

After 52nd play minutes Jasmine Phasey shot 2-1, a short shot which went by Steve Schoenke and just under the crossbar into goal. Steve Schoenke was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 56th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Allen Lascelles. 64 minutes into the match, Danton Cordrey dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Steve Schoenke, 2-2. Arnold Mccormick fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Clay Hines having to interfere. Clay Hines showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Caine Willding in the 75th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jasmine Phasey in the 77th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Steve Schoenke saved Frances from getting behind. Caine Willding recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 82nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 84 played minutes Waroula got a freekick which was hit by Eden Stafford. Waroula's Clay Hines played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Caine Willding in the 86th minute of play. Caine Willding fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Clay Hines having to interfere. If Jasmine Phasey had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Jasmine Phasey came up free with the goalie in the 96th minute, the Waroula fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jasmine Phasey couldn't finish the play. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
