After a rather tough play, Cumborah's Rex Mosley got a free kick in the 5th minute. Brand Norman took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Earl Norton, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 17 played minutes THEBOISFC got a freekick which was hit by Elliott Blagburn. Alexander Korff showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jared Byrnes, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. The supporters of THEBOISFC booed when Cumborah was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rex Mosley didn't get a good kick on the ball. Irwin Tisdell's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 26thth minute, Alexander Korff skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Cumborah's Alexander Korff played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jared Byrnes in the 27th minute of play. In the 37th match minute, THEBOISFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bryson Wayland to maneuver through the defense. Irwin Tisdell sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Irwin Tisdell received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Alexander Korff tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Jared Byrnes to make the kick off. The audience was convinced that Earl Norton's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Brand Norman was relentless in the 58th minute of the game. Cumborah's supporters crossed their fingers, but Arne Cridland was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 86th minute, Byron Paynter sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and THEBOISFC's Brand Norman didn't even have to move. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Elliott Blagburn in the 89th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Alexander Korff saved Cumborah from getting behind. After 89 minutes, Nero Matthes mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Cumborah and the THEBOISFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 90th minute, Nero Matthes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 91st minute Irwin Tisdell shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alexander Korff saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Jared Byrnes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jared Byrnes in the 95th minute of play forced Cumborah's goalkeeper Alexander Korff to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Alexander Korff took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jared Byrnes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. For all the effort they put into the match, the Cumborah players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for THEBOISFC.
