Spectators: 6785 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1785, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Samuel Hoey kicked off to start the match. Samuel Hoey scored 0-1 in the 6th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Edgar Mosley, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Samuel Hoey recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 12th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Mukinbudin's zone, Elliott Sibbold stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Edgar Mosley came out of the goal and Elliott Sibbold tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Edgar Mosley stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Elliott Sibbold's shot from short distance in the 20th minute. Edgar Mosley showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Samuel Hoey, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. Edgar Mosley took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Elliott Sibbold, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Samuel Hoey in the 24th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Edgar Mosley saved Mukinbudin from getting behind. Samuel Hoey fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Edgar Mosley having to interfere. After 29 minutes, Bryson Mcjunkins mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Mukinbudin and the Avoca players grew even worse after the yellow card. Bryson Mcjunkins hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. After 31 played minutes Mukinbudin got a freekick which was hit by Bernard Boylin. Mukinbudin's Edgar Mosley played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Elliott Sibbold in the 32nd minute of play. After having played for 33 minutes, Elliott Sibbold managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Avoca's supporters crossed their fingers, but Elliott Sibbold was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Samuel Hoey fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Edgar Mosley having to interfere. In the 40th minute, Elliott Sibbold made a precise shot to the right of Edgar Mosley. Mukinbudin's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. Avoca's Elliott Sibbold got a good chance for a goal in the 46th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Rufus Convine was the one to do the kick off. After having played for 53 minutes, Samuel Hoey managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Avoca's supporters crossed their fingers, but Samuel Hoey was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Rufus Convine received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Larry Bleazard tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Bernard Boylin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 57th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 60 minutes into the game, Brad Bielski was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Mukinbudin's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Avoca the free kick. After 60 played minutes Mukinbudin got a freekick which was hit by Brad Bielski. In the 63rd minute Samuel Hoey shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edgar Mosley saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Elliott Sibbold in the 71stth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Edgar Mosley, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Samuel Hoey in the 78th minute of play forced Mukinbudin's goalkeeper Edgar Mosley to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 82nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Mukinbudin's goalkeeper Edgar Mosley, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Elliott Sibbold received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Edgar Mosley tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 89 minutes, Carleton Mcvicar managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Avoca's supporters crossed their fingers, but Carleton Mcvicar was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Bernard Boylin blasted a shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Larry Bleazard having to make a save. 95 minutes into the match, Mukinbudin's Clark Fortington broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Avoca played a much better game than Mukinbudin and deserved their victory. The Mukinbudin players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
