Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Downing Mcquoid took the kick off in the first half of the match. Keefe Goldsmith fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bath Anders having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ian Minne in the 13th minute of play forced Yea's goalkeeper Bath Anders to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Keefe Goldsmith sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Yea's Bath Anders played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ian Minne in the 19th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Yea's Irving Nunn got a free kick in the 19th minute. 20 minutes into the game, Byabarra's Keefe Goldsmith nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Bath Anders made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 24th minute of the game. One of Yea:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Byabarra:s goal. The supporters of Byabarra booed when Yea was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bran Buckland didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the match had gone on for 32 minutes, Ian Minne put it in 0-3 from a short distance just to the right of Bath Anders. Navarro Pincini made a fantastic save in the 35th minute, when Doyle Eicke sent off a good shot on target. Navarro Pincini showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Downing Mcquoid in the 36th minute of the match. Doyle Eicke's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Navarro Pincini firmly grabbed it by the left post. Ian Minne struck a weak shot in the 44th minute. Bath Anders didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Byabarra. Doyle Eicke could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 47th minute of the match, but Navarro Pincini made a huge save. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Byabarra were awarded a corner in the 53th minute after Yea's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Browne Cassilly took the corner. An unexpected shot in the 55th minute by Ian Minne got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. After a defensive mix-up in Yea's zone, Ian Minne stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bath Anders came out of the goal and Ian Minne tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 58th minute the ball was on its way in behind Yea's goalkeeper Bath Anders, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Yea's Bath Anders played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ian Minne in the 59th minute of play. 62 minutes into the match, Byabarra's Keefe Goldsmith sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Bath Anders narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 67th minute, Keefe Goldsmith got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 68th match minute, Yea was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Irving Nunn to maneuver through the defense. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ian Minne got free with Bath Anders in the 71st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Doyle Eicke might have been able to make a better finish in the 79th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Navarro Pincini. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Doyle Eicke ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 81st minute, Doyle Eicke left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Yea fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-3. In the 86th match minute, Byabarra was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Browne Cassilly to maneuver through the defense. Yea's Bjorn Kennedy couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 87th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Byabarra. Keefe Goldsmith received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Bath Anders tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 93rd minute, Keefe Goldsmith fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Bath Anders, passed just outside the right post. The Yea fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Byabarra were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
