When Ingham's Neale Howie in the 10th minute got a chance for a shot 10th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Mebul's goalie prevented a goal. Mebul's Nicholas Hauschildt played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Neil Leach in the 12th minute of play. Neil Leach fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nicholas Hauschildt having to interfere. Neil Leach sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Mebul's zone, Neil Leach stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Nicholas Hauschildt came out of the goal and Neil Leach tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Bern Claringbold had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Neil Leach sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Neil Leach blasted a shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Nicholas Hauschildt having to make a save. If Neale Howie had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Neil Leach sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a little luck, Ingham's Rich Vaisey got control of the ball when Jones Kidman tried to sneak it across the goal line. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Bremen Teuma to make the kick off. Nicholas Hauschildt showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Neale Howie in the 55th minute of the match. Bath Czaczka's late challenge caught a Mebul's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Bath Czaczka helped the player get up and apologised. Bath Czaczka kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. When Mebul's Bremen Teuma in the 63rd minute got a chance for a shot 63rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Ingham's goalie prevented a goal. Neil Leach's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 65thth minute, Nicholas Hauschildt skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Neil Leach received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Nicholas Hauschildt tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Neale Howie in the 77th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Nicholas Hauschildt saved Mebul from getting behind. The supporters of Ingham booed when Mebul was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Andre Busst didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 85 played minutes Mebul got a freekick which was hit by Stephan Algoud. Neale Howie received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Nicholas Hauschildt tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 91st minute, Jamese Natt hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Rich Vaisey stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Bremen Teuma's shot from short distance in the 95th minute. The Mebul players were eager to celebrate when the final whistle sounded. They had somehow managed to win, even though the away team had held the majority of the possession.
