Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000,
Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Jack Hauschildt took the kick off in the first half of the match. A collision led to Ingham getting a freekick after 4 minutes play. Bern Claringbold hit a great ball. Ingham's Rich Vaisey played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jack Hauschildt in the 10th minute of play. Bern Claringbold kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. In the 20th match minute, Ingham was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bath Czaczka to maneuver through the defense. Ingham's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Jack Hauschildt 20 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 2-0. Darell Convine recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 31st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Carleton Newton showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Neale Howie in the 33rd minute of the match. Bath Czaczka fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Carleton Newton having to interfere. Darell Convine's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 41stth minute, Rich Vaisey skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jack Hauschildt in the 44th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Rich Vaisey saved Ingham from getting behind. Neil Leach sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.
The wind increased when Neale Howie made the kick off in the second half. In the 54th minute, Neale Howie fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Carleton Newton, passed just outside the right post. After a rather tough play, Glenreagh's Mack Coote got a free kick in the 56th minute. The audience was convinced that Neale Howie's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Carleton Newton was relentless in the 62nd minute of the game. 64 minutes into the game, Jamese Rafferty was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ingham's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Glenreagh the free kick. In the 64th match minute, Ingham was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jamese Rafferty to maneuver through the defense. Bern Claringbold kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. Jack Hauschildt recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 67th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Neale Howie came up free with the goalie in the 74th minute, the Ingham fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Neale Howie couldn't finish the play. Carleton Newton didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Neil Leach went, in the 77th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. Ingham's Rich Vaisey played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jack Hauschildt in the 82nd minute of play. If Neil Leach had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Neil Leach struck a weak shot in the 89th minute. Carleton Newton didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ingham. If Darell Convine had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Jack Hauschildt had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. If Neale Howie had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 98th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Glenreagh fans cheered their team off the field, for while Ingham had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
