Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Brannan Smalley kicked off to start the match. In the 2nd minute, Jarvis Ambrose hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Earl Bonnison received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Irving Pywell tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Irving Pywell was a little too slow when Cassidy Prinsep got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 10th minute. The score was now 1-0. Brockman Mcmurchie in the 15thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Irving Pywell, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Cassidy Prinsep in the 17th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Irving Pywell saved Longwood from getting behind. Brockman Mcmurchie received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Irving Pywell tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Brockman Mcmurchie could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 25th minute of the match, but Irving Pywell made a huge save. If Cassidy Prinsep had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 34th minute, Cassidy Prinsep managed to get in a good position for a shot. Moonford's supporters rose to their feet, but Cassidy Prinsep was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Irving Pywell breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Brannan Smalley's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Byrne Ayrton read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 36th minute of play. Murphy Swan kicked well hit freekick during the 39th minute of the match. Christopher Crampton's late challenge caught a Moonford's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Christopher Crampton helped the player get up and apologised. In the 43rd minute, Christopher Crampton hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Brockman Mcmurchie fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Irving Pywell having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet as Moonford's Cassidy Prinsep slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Irving Pywell. That made the score 2-0 after 47 minutes of play.

The supporters of Longwood booed when Moonford was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Brad Wang didn't get a good kick on the ball. Byrne Ayrton showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Brannan Smalley in the 54th minute of the match. 57 minutes into the match, Moonford's goalkeeper Byrne Ayrton had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Braedan Whitsitt. After 58 minutes, Earl Bonnison mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Moonford and the Longwood players grew even worse after the yellow card. Longwood's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Cassidy Prinsep was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. When Brad Wang fell near the penalty area in the 77th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Moonford's protests and gave Brad Wang a yellow card for diving instead. In the 77th minute, Brad Wang hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 86 minutes, Karl Maddern managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Moonford's supporters crossed their fingers, but Karl Maddern was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Cassidy Prinsep had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Moonford booed when Longwood was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Munroe Mudie didn't get a good kick on the ball. Cassidy Prinsep recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 95th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Moonford fully deserved thier win.
