Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Cassidy Prinsep kicked off to start the match. If Luck Tresise had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Brockman Mcmurchie received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Bishop Worrall tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Greenock's zone, Brockman Mcmurchie stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bishop Worrall came out of the goal and Brockman Mcmurchie tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Cassidy Prinsep sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Brockman Mcmurchie fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bishop Worrall having to interfere. 28 minutes into the game, Justin Thiele was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Greenock's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Moonford the free kick. In the 28th match minute, Greenock was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Justin Thiele to maneuver through the defense. When Brockman Mcmurchie came up free with the goalie in the 29th minute, the Moonford fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Brockman Mcmurchie couldn't finish the play. Luck Tresise recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 31st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Jacobs Cusbert who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 33rdth minute tested the skills of Byrne Ayrton when he managed to save the team from getting behind. When Jake Sewell fell near the penalty area in the 39th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Greenock's protests and gave Jake Sewell a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Moonford booed when Greenock was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jake Sewell didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 42nd minute of the match Moonford got a corner. Greenock's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Karl Maddern ran over to the corner to take the kick. Greenock's Bishop Worrall played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Brockman Mcmurchie in the 49th minute of play. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Luck Tresise to make the kick off. In the 53rd minute, Brockman Mcmurchie got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 55th minute, Jacobs Cusbert left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Greenock fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. After 59 played minutes Greenock got a freekick which was hit by Rob Twite. 62 minutes into the game, one of Greenock:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. When the match had been going on for 64 minutes, Moonford's Karl Maddern got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Bishop Worrall. After 67 played minutes Greenock got a freekick which was hit by Rob Twite. 68 minutes into the match, Greenock's goal looked a bit too open when Cassidy Prinsep came free, but Bishop Worrall reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 70th minute of the match Moonford got a corner. Greenock's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Karl Maddern ran over to the corner to take the kick. If Brad Wang had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 79th minute, Cassidy Prinsep managed to get in a good position for a shot. Moonford's supporters rose to their feet, but Cassidy Prinsep was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Bishop Worrall breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Rob Twite during the 81st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 81st match minute, Greenock was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rob Twite to maneuver through the defense. If Brockman Mcmurchie had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Moonford's Cassidy Prinsep got a good chance for a goal in the 86th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Bishop Worrall made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cassidy Prinsep in the 88th minute of play. Daniel Featon's late challenge caught a Moonford's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Daniel Featon helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Greenock getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Daniel Featon hit a great ball. The Greenock supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Moonford's performance. The match ended with a win for Moonford.
