Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Crawford Brophy started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. In the 2nd minute David Hinwood shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alford Kuch saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 3rd match minute, Bungeluke was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Neil Rann to maneuver through the defense. Edgar Maciver received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 5th minute. Alford Kuch tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 7 minutes into the game, Wongabel's David Hinwood nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Alford Kuch made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. After some fancy dribbling in the 12th minute, Berkeley Clist managed to get in a good position for a shot. Bungeluke's supporters rose to their feet, but Berkeley Clist was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Amos Haeberle breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 15th minute, Crawford Brophy got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Bart Aliendi's late challenge caught a Bungeluke's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Bart Aliendi helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Wongabel's Bart Aliendi got a free kick in the 16th minute. Amos Haeberle made a fantastic save in the 19th minute, when Berkeley Clist sent off a good shot on target. Amos Haeberle made an important save on a dangerous shot by Berkeley Clist in the 22nd minute. If Berkeley Clist had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Wongabel's Carter Laing got a free kick in the 30th minute. In the 35th minute, David Hinwood ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Alford Kuch was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. 43 minutes into the match, Bungeluke's goal looked a bit too open when David Hinwood came free, but Alford Kuch reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell David Hinwood to make the kick off. Neville Mcmillan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Alford Kuch tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 60th minute, Edgar Maciver fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. David Hinwood recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 61st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With an all-out effort, Wongabel's Alford Kuch threw himself towards the right post 66 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Bart Aliendi, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Marco Macumber charged in rather forcefully in the 71st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Marco Macumber the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 71 played minutes Wongabel got a freekick which was hit by Marco Macumber. Amos Haeberle showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Crawford Brophy, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. A hard shot 76 in the game by Edgar Maciver from a close distance when the talented Alford Kuch managed to make a qualified save. Bungeluke's players were relieved. Edgar Maciver fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alford Kuch having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by David Hinwood in the 80th minute of play forced Bungeluke's goalkeeper Alford Kuch to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Barnett Awege's late challenge caught a Wongabel's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Barnett Awege helped the player get up and apologised. In the 86th match minute, Bungeluke was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Barnett Awege to maneuver through the defense. Edgar Maciver received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Alford Kuch tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Wongabel getting a freekick after 93 minutes play. Bart Aliendi hit a great ball.
