Pingaring's supporters crossed their fingers, but Conner Tebby was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Bo Hart scored 1-0 in the 18th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Alexander Ambrose, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Carlton Dowsing hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. In the 23rd minute Conner Tebby shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alexander Ambrose saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ellis Cordrey sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Carlton Dowsing hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. 29 minutes into the match, Glenorie's Cregan Heath broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. Pingaring's supporters rose to their feet, but Bo Hart was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Alexander Ambrose breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a rather tough play, Glenorie's Todd Limmer got a free kick in the 78th minute. In the 86th minute Conner Tebby shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alexander Ambrose saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
