Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Alan Pinhey got the match started through his kick off. In the 3rd minute of the match, Alan Pinhey tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Preston Muggleton saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Edwardo Keato showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Paco Mcquoid, who was totally free with the ball in the 5th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Eddy Bromfield got free with Preston Muggleton in the 7th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 11th minute of the match Bernard Brady shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Preston Muggleton showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Alan Pinhey received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Preston Muggleton tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Paco Mcquoid fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Edwardo Keato having to interfere. In the 21st match minute, Baden was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Paco Mcquoid to maneuver through the defense. Eddy Bromfield fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Preston Muggleton having to interfere. Preston Muggleton made a fantastic save in the 37th minute, when Eddy Bromfield sent off a good shot on target. Paco Mcquoid received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Edwardo Keato tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 42 played minutes Goat United got a freekick which was hit by Dallas Szobczak. Eddy Bromfield could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 44th minute of the match, but Preston Muggleton made a huge save. In the 47thth minute of the game Paco Mcquoid who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Goat United's Edwardo Keato was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 48th minute, Dallas Szobczak hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 49th minute of the match Navin Hogan sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Edwardo Keato skillfully saved the ball.

The wind increased when Paco Mcquoid made the kick off in the second half. Niles Johnston received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Edwardo Keato tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Goat United's Eddy Bromfield got a good chance for a goal in the 56th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Paco Mcquoid had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Baden booed when Goat United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Danton Bundy didn't get a good kick on the ball. Niles Johnston sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Baden's Preston Muggleton played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eddy Bromfield in the 78th minute of play. In the 83rd minute, Brooks Mcquinn hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Edwardo Keato made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Navin Hogan in the 84th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Goat United's zone, Paco Mcquoid stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Edwardo Keato came out of the goal and Paco Mcquoid tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Paco Mcquoid fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Edwardo Keato having to interfere. In the 92nd minute Eddy Bromfield shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Preston Muggleton saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Eddy Bromfield received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Preston Muggleton tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Alan Pinhey sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 97 minutes of play, Goat United's Eddy Bromfield made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Preston Muggleton was left in no man's land by his defense there! Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
