Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Oladdie's Bleyd Blestowe started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After a defensive mix-up in Wamberal's zone, Damon Reynolds stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ringo Rhoades came out of the goal and Damon Reynolds tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The supporters of Oladdie booed when Wamberal was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Berke Dearn didn't get a good kick on the ball. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 22nd minute of the game. One of Wamberal:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Oladdie:s goal. In the 23rd minute there was a penalty for Oladdie. Tony Dowling stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Ringo Rhoades. 1-1. In the 29th minute, Potter Rosenboom hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 34th minute Bleyd Blestowe shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ringo Rhoades saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Jackson Andrusiow had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rick Pound took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Broderick Newton, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 48th minute there was a penalty for Oladdie. Tony Dowling stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Ringo Rhoades. 1-2.
When Jackson Andrusiow came up free with the goalie in the 57th minute, the Wamberal fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jackson Andrusiow couldn't finish the play. If Damon Reynolds had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ringo Rhoades took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bleyd Blestowe, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ringo Rhoades showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bleyd Blestowe, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. 69 minutes into the match, Jackson Andrusiow had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Rick Pound. Oladdie's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jackson Andrusiow was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-2. The supporters of Oladdie booed when Wamberal was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. Arneil Stageman didn't get a good kick on the ball. Rick Pound showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Broderick Newton, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. If Bleyd Blestowe had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the match had gone on for 81 minutes, Broderick Newton put it in 3-2 from a short distance just to the right of Rick Pound. In the 83rd minute, Arneil Stageman hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 88 minutes into the game, Arneil Stageman was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Wamberal's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Oladdie the free kick. Bleyd Blestowe recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 89th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 91st match minute, Wamberal was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Berne Hilton to maneuver through the defense. When Oladdie's Bleyd Blestowe in 99 game minutes managed to cut through with the ball in front of the goal, only having to shoot. Ringo Rhoades guarding the goal like a pit bull was extremely focused and managed to reach the ball just by the crossbar before it went in. Wamberal's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
