Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Milton Obrien made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Andre Stevens in the 3rd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Andre Stevens in the 4th minute of play forced Homerton's goalkeeper Milton Obrien to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 9 minutes into the game, Brookes Brennan was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Homerton's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Gocup the free kick. A collision led to Homerton getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Brookes Brennan hit a great ball. Milton Obrien took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Andre Stevens, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 17th minute, Andre Stevens got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Andre Stevens received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Milton Obrien came out and tried to block the shot, but Andre Stevens slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 25th minute. In the 33rd match minute, Homerton was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ethan Reilly to maneuver through the defense. When Gocup's Andre Stevens in the 34th minute got a chance for a shot 34th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Homerton's goalie prevented a goal. Homerton's Milton Obrien played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Andre Stevens in the 36th minute of play. Max Cootes came out of the goal in the 40th minute to try and stop a shot by Homerton's Brookes Brennan. But to his dismay, Brookes Brennan quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Brookes Brennan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Max Cootes having to interfere. A collision led to Homerton getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Marshal Kuch hit a great ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Andre Stevens in the 46th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Milton Obrien saved Homerton from getting behind. Milton Obrien showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Andre Stevens in the 47th minute of the match. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Drew Ridding made a kick off. Milton Obrien made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Andre Stevens in the 52nd minute of play. If Ethan Reilly had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Milton Obrien showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Andre Stevens, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. 65 minutes into the match, Homerton's goal looked a bit too open when Andre Stevens came free, but Milton Obrien reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 65 minutes into the game, Andre Stevens cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Milton Obrien was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 75thth minute of the game Andre Stevens who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Homerton's Milton Obrien was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 78th minute Andre Stevens shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Milton Obrien saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Drew Ridding had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 89th match minute, Homerton was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marshal Kuch to maneuver through the defense. 90 minutes into the game, Drew Ridding cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-1. Milton Obrien was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Milton Obrien made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Andre Stevens in the 95th minute of play. When the referee ended the match the Gocup players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
