Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Bryant Conlin made the kick off which started today's match. In the 3rd match minute, Pira was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rusty Gilding to maneuver through the defense. 4 minutes into the game, Nathan Howard cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Andy Neich was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Andy Neich took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Carleton Heys, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Nathan Howard fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Andy Neich having to interfere. An unexpected shot in the 25th minute by Lance Millar got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. In the 27th minute Bryant Conlin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Birrell Gorham saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 28 minutes into the game, Nash Day was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Pira's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Tyagarah the free kick. After 30 minutes of play, Pira's Lance Millar made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Birrell Gorham was left in no man's land by his defense there! Bryant Conlin struck a weak shot in the 38th minute. Birrell Gorham didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Pira. Birrell Gorham didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 44th minute, which inside left pole to 3-1.

The supporters of Tyagarah booed when Pira was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jamie Burmeister didn't get a good kick on the ball. Birrell Gorham stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Bryant Conlin's shot from short distance in the 59th minute. Lance Millar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Bryant Conlin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 70th minute, Lance Millar made a precise shot to the right of Birrell Gorham. Tyagarah's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-1. Lance Millar struck a weak shot in the 73rd minute. Birrell Gorham didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Pira. Birrell Gorham showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bryant Conlin in the 81st minute of the match. Birrell Gorham took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lance Millar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Fletcher Cameron fell near the penalty area in the 83rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Tyagarah's protests and gave Fletcher Cameron a yellow card for diving instead. Fletcher Cameron kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. Bern Baxter charged in rather forcefully in the 87th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Bern Baxter the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Bryant Conlin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 88th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Tyagarah's Birrell Gorham played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bryant Conlin in the 88th minute of play. Bryant Conlin's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Birrell Gorham read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 90th minute of play. If Lance Millar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Birrell Gorham showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bryant Conlin in the 95th minute of the match. Nathan Howard fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 97th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Andy Neich having to interfere. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Pira had played much better football throughout.
