Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Andres Mogork made the kick off which started today's match. After 2 minutes, Russell Flesfader mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Minmindie and the Cathundral players grew even worse after the yellow card. Andres Mogork received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 7th minute. Case Trezise tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Preston Vickery showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Russell Flesfader, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. In the 13th minute Berne Hanlen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Preston Vickery saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 13th minute, Mitchell Cubitt hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Andres Mogork recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 19th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 21 minutes of play, Minmindie's Russell Flesfader made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Preston Vickery was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 25 minutes of play, Minmindie's Berne Hanlen made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. In the 29th minute, Brad Curtis ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Preston Vickery was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. Preston Vickery made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Russell Flesfader in the 32nd minute of play. After 34 minutes, Mitchell Willis mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Cathundral and the Minmindie players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Cathundral getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Mitchell Willis hit a great ball. Preston Vickery came out of the goal in the 35th minute to try and stop a shot by Minmindie's Berne Hanlen. But to his dismay, Berne Hanlen quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. In the 39th minute Jonathan Matthes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Preston Vickery saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Preston Vickery took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Berne Hanlen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Cathundral getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Brook Serena hit a great ball. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-5 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Berne Hanlen was the one to do the kick off. Cathundral's Preston Vickery proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 51st minute of the match, managed to save Cathundral from getting a goal against them. After a rather tough play, Minmindie's Russell Flesfader got a free kick in the 54th minute. Brad Curtis succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 0-6 in the 57th playminute. After 61 minutes of play, Minmindie's Brad Curtis made it 0-7 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Preston Vickery was left in no man's land by his defense there! Preston Vickery showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Russell Flesfader in the 64th minute of the match. In the 71st minute Bock Calver shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Case Trezise saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 72nd minute Andres Mogork shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Case Trezise saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cathundral's Preston Vickery proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 74th minute of the match, managed to save Cathundral from getting a goal against them. After having played for 76 minutes, Andres Mogork managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cathundral's supporters crossed their fingers, but Andres Mogork was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 83 played minutes Cathundral got a freekick which was hit by Brook Serena. With a little luck, Cathundral's Preston Vickery got control of the ball when Berke Babbage tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Bock Calver had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Berne Hanlen in the 88th minute of play forced Cathundral's goalkeeper Preston Vickery to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 90th minute, Berne Hanlen got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When the match was over Minmindie could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Cathundral throughout the match.
