Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Bill Kurth in the 29th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jesse Jeavons prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Neville Dollymore in the 30th minute of play forced Minions United's goalkeeper Jesse Jeavons to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Minions United getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Stanley Unicomb hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Minions United's zone, Bill Kurth stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jesse Jeavons came out of the goal and Bill Kurth tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The Minions United players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Wakool were winning 0-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Aden Forrest was the one to do the kick off. Neville Dollymore fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jesse Jeavons having to interfere. Jesse Jeavons stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Bill Kurth's shot from short distance in the 64th minute. Minions United's Jesse Jeavons proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 69th minute of the match, managed to save Minions United from getting a goal against them.
