Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Bryden Gillingwater made the kick off which started today's match. In the 5th minute Malcolm Quinn shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Malcolm Wivell saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 8 minutes, Bryden Gillingwater managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Langdon's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bryden Gillingwater was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Bryden Gillingwater recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 10th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Carlisle Gillingwater charged in rather forcefully in the 13th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Carlisle Gillingwater the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 13th minute, Carlisle Gillingwater hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 14 played minutes, Langdon's Bruce Wood shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Malcolm Wivell came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Langdon reached it. In the 17th match minute, Lidcomb was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zackery Allen to maneuver through the defense. Kris Giddey sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Malcolm Wivell didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Malcolm Quinn went, in the 33rd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. 36 minutes into the match, Lidcomb's goal looked a bit too open when Malcolm Quinn came free, but Malcolm Wivell reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Lidcomb's Malcolm Wivell played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bryden Gillingwater in the 38th minute of play. Brad Brennand received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Handley Huff tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Kris Giddey's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Handley Huff read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 41st minute of play. Malcolm Wivell came out of the goal in the 45th minute to try and stop a shot by Langdon's Bryden Gillingwater. But to his dismay, Bryden Gillingwater quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-3.

After a defensive mix-up in Langdon's zone, Brad Brennand stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Handley Huff came out of the goal and Brad Brennand tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Carlisle Gillingwater kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. In the 71st minute Kris Giddey shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Handley Huff saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Brad Brennand struck a weak shot in the 73rd minute. Handley Huff didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Lidcomb. Brad Brennand blasted a shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Handley Huff having to make a save. Kris Giddey fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Handley Huff having to interfere. Malcolm Quinn sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Lidcomb's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Bryden Gillingwater 89 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-4. Bryden Gillingwater recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 92nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Malcolm Quinn could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 94th minute of the match, but Malcolm Wivell made a huge save. 95 minutes into the match, Lidcomb's goalkeeper Malcolm Wivell had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Malcolm Quinn.
