After 14th play minutes Quade Franklin shot 0-2, a short shot which went by Oliver Freeman and just under the crossbar into goal. Quade Franklin kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. When Yakapari's Quade Franklin in the 20th minute got a chance for a shot 20th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Tomaco FC's goalie prevented a goal. After having played for 23 minutes, Ozzie Hands managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Yakapari's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ozzie Hands was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Quade Franklin scored 0-3 in the 25th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Oliver Freeman, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 29th minute, Quade Franklin got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Kent Cudmore struck a weak shot in the 31st minute. Fletcher Moon didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Tomaco FC. Quade Franklin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Oliver Freeman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Doyle Hinder kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. 39 minutes into the game, Matthew Powell was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Yakapari's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Tomaco FC the free kick. The supporters of Tomaco FC booed when Yakapari was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Matthew Powell didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ozzie Hands sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 42nd match minute, Tomaco FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kirk Saisell to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Quade Franklin in the 45th minute of play forced Tomaco FC's goalkeeper Oliver Freeman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ozzie Hands stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Oliver Freeman stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ozzie Hands's shot from short distance in the 52nd minute. Quade Franklin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Matthew Powell was shown his second yellow card after 58 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. After 68 minutes, Cain Angell mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Tomaco FC and the Yakapari players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 68th minute, one of Tomaco FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Tomaco FC. Kevin Tenser shot the penalty kick right outside the post. If Kent Cudmore had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a little luck, Tomaco FC's Oliver Freeman got control of the ball when Quade Franklin tried to sneak it across the goal line. Quade Franklin struck a weak shot in the 81st minute. Oliver Freeman didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Yakapari. If Quade Franklin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Quade Franklin came up free with the goalie in the 87th minute, the Yakapari fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Quade Franklin couldn't finish the play. Eliot Bostock received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Oliver Freeman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Quade Franklin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 99th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The Tomaco FC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Yakapari were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
