Spectators: 7500 (Terracing: 5625, Seating: 1725, VIP seats: 150) In the 3rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Beachton's goalkeeper Luke Giles, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Bo Riley might have been able to make a better finish in the 9th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Luke Giles. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Bo Riley ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 14th minute, Andy Meyers hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Matt Jackson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Luke Giles tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Brian Didlick kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. If Robert Maciver had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bo Riley struck a weak shot in the 30th minute. Luke Giles didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Lambina. Luke Giles took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Matt Jackson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Bo Riley had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Matt Jackson in the 38th minute of play forced Beachton's goalkeeper Luke Giles to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience was convinced that Brown Limmer's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Luke Giles was relentless in the 41st minute of the game. Bo Riley recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 43rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Robert Maciver to make the kick off. Brown Limmer hit a great freekick 50 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Patrick Haeberle in the 52nd minute of play forced Lambina's goalkeeper Barnes Claringbold to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Patrick Haeberle had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Luke Giles made a fantastic save in the 66th minute, when Bo Riley sent off a good shot on target. In the 67th minute, Bo Riley left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Lambina fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Andy Meyers hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. After 78 minutes, Brown Limmer made it 0-3 with a short kick to the right side. Beachton's Luke Giles tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After 85 played minutes Lambina got a freekick which was hit by Jessop Wivell. After a defensive mix-up in Beachton's zone, Matt Jackson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Luke Giles came out of the goal and Matt Jackson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Matt Jackson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Beachton's Luke Giles proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 94th minute of the match, managed to save Beachton from getting a goal against them. Bo Riley in the 96thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Luke Giles, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Lambina's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
