Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Konrad Pieprz got the match started through his kick off. Dario Kile received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 3rd minute. Barnes Claringbold tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Russ Byrnes charged in rather forcefully in the 6th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Russ Byrnes the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 6th match minute, Lambina was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Russ Byrnes to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 6 minutes, Anthony Pound managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Shenhua FC - Real Madrid's supporters crossed their fingers, but Anthony Pound was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 8 minutes into the match, Lambina's goalkeeper Barnes Claringbold had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Dario Kile. After having played for 10 minutes, Robert Tauschke managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Shenhua FC - Real Madrid's supporters crossed their fingers, but Robert Tauschke was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Barnes Claringbold took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Robert Tauschke, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Dario Kile had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Lambina's Matt Jackson got a free kick in the 16th minute. Konrad Pieprz took the ball and in the 20 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Art Surman. Art Surman dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Robert Tauschke's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Barnes Claringbold read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 27th minute of play. 32 minutes in the game Anthony Pound got a great opportunity which he missed by shooting outside the goal. Lambina's Barnes Claringbold proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 34th minute of the match, managed to save Lambina from getting a goal against them. Robert Tauschke was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 36th minute. Shenhua FC - Real Madrid's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Konrad Pieprz in the 39th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Art Surman prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Barnes Claringbold showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dario Kile in the 41st minute of the match. The Shenhua FC - Real Madrid players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Lambina were winning 0-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Robert Tauschke to make the kick off. Barnes Claringbold came out of the goal in the 55th minute to try and stop a shot by Shenhua FC - Real Madrid's Dario Kile. But to his dismay, Dario Kile quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. In the 58th minute Robert Tauschke shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Barnes Claringbold saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 61st minute, Gregg Dollymore hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Barnes Claringbold made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dario Kile in the 66th minute of play. After having played for 67 minutes, Robert Tauschke managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Shenhua FC - Real Madrid's supporters crossed their fingers, but Robert Tauschke was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Barnes Claringbold showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dario Kile, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. Brown Limmer took the ball and in the 74 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Art Surman. Art Surman dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Niles Dale during the 79th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Lambina's Barnes Claringbold played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Robert Tauschke in the 83rd minute of play. Dario Kile recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 91st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Lambina's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
