In the 35thth minute of the game Robert Tauschke who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Desarcas's Burns Price was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Desarcas's Burns Price played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Robert Tauschke in the 37th minute of play. Dario Kile received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Burns Price tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Russell Christian recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 45th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Russell Christian received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Art Surman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Robert Tauschke made a kick off. Darin Carr could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 57th minute of the match, but Burns Price made a huge save. Robert Tauschke recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 62nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 65 minutes into the match, Desarcas's goal looked a bit too open when Robert Tauschke came free, but Burns Price reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Burns Price showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Robert Tauschke in the 67th minute of the match. In the 68th of the match, Robert Tauschke tried to place the ball in the upper right corner, but Burns Price got in the way and made a wonderful save. Russell Christian fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Art Surman having to interfere. Art Surman took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Brendan Swan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 71st minute, Fabian Beverley hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience was convinced that Russell Christian's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Art Surman was relentless in the 74th minute of the game. After a defensive mix-up in Shenhua FC - Real Madrid's zone, Brendan Swan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Art Surman came out of the goal and Brendan Swan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Niles Dale charged in rather forcefully in the 80th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Niles Dale the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. 84 minutes into the game, Robert Tauschke recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Burns Price. Robert Tauschke showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-1. If Robert Tauschke had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 94th minute, Myles Thorne hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Dario Kile might have been able to make a better finish in the 96th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Burns Price. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Dario Kile ran back to his position shaking his head. Robert Tauschke received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute.
