An unexpected shot in the 23rd minute by Philip Hicks got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. In the 33rd match minute, Sunnyside was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Philip Hicks to maneuver through the defense. Dante Clubley showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Philip Hicks, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. Jess Beer received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Brooks Mccartan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Brooks Mccartan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jess Beer in the 88th minute of the match. Jess Beer fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Brooks Mccartan having to interfere. In the 92nd minute, one of Sunnyside:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Sunnyside. When the match had been going on for 94 minutes, Chelsea's Roger Beale got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Brooks Mccartan. Sunnyside were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing Chelsea to leave the ground with a draw.
