The audience was convinced that Edmund Gavin's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Luke Giles was relentless in the 12th minute of the game. After 14 played minutes Beachton got a freekick which was hit by Robert Maciver. Jarrod Addison showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Robert Maciver, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. 20 minutes into the game, Ravens's Edmund Gavin nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. The Ravens fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. When Brian Didlick fell near the penalty area in the 31st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Beachton's protests and gave Brian Didlick a yellow card for diving instead. Brian Didlick hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. Edmund Gavin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Edmund Gavin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Luke Giles having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Beachton's Patrick Haeberle got a free kick in the 41st minute. After 45 minutes of play, Ravens's Edmund Gavin made it 4-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Luke Giles was left in no man's land by his defense there!

In the 51st minute, Avdon Shenderovich hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Bickford Miller tried in the 52nd minute to hit away a contribution but miss-kicked the ball which ended up in his own goal and left an unhappy Jarrod Addison a with quite unnecessary self made goal. Result 4-1. Luke Giles didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Edmund Gavin went, in the 56th minute, to the upper right corner, 5-1 was the resulting score. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Laurence Johnson in the 61st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Luke Giles saved Beachton from getting behind. After some careless play in the Beachton defense, Laurence Johnson kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Luke Giles. The Beachton fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Luke Giles should have stopped the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Laurence Johnson in the 69th minute of play forced Beachton's goalkeeper Luke Giles to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Robert Maciver's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jarrod Addison read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 72nd minute of play. When Ravens's Edmund Gavin in 73 game minutes managed to cut through with the ball in front of the goal, only having to shoot. Luke Giles guarding the goal like a pit bull was extremely focused and managed to reach the ball just by the crossbar before it went in. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Laurence Johnson in the 78th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Luke Giles prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Luke Giles showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edmund Gavin, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. In the 86th minute the ball was on its way in behind Beachton's goalkeeper Luke Giles, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Laurence Johnson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 90th minute, Edmund Gavin left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ravens fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 7-1. There was no doubt that Ravens were the better team. Ravens's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
