Spectators: 6860 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1860, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Andy Tevelien took the kick off in the first half of the match. The supporters of Banyena booed when Kurrara was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 3 match minutes in a wonderful position. Angelo Arkinstall didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 3rd minute, Remington Caddick managed to get in a good position for a shot. Banyena's supporters rose to their feet, but Remington Caddick was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Bishop Clark breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Murdock Fallen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 6th minute. Adolfo Skittrall tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Barry Keayes in the 9th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Adolfo Skittrall prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 11th minute, Banyena's Andy Tevelien dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. Barry Keayes blasted a shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Adolfo Skittrall having to make a save. 26 minutes into the match, Kurrara's Barry Keayes sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Adolfo Skittrall narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Andy Tevelien hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. Adolfo Skittrall took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Barry Keayes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Barry Keayes took the ball and in the 33 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Adolfo Skittrall. Adolfo Skittrall dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Adolfo Skittrall showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Barry Keayes in the 38th minute of the match. 41 minutes into the match, Barry Keayes notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Banyena's Adolfo Skittrall. Adolfo Skittrall was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Barry Keayes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Adolfo Skittrall tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Murdock Fallen recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 48th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The Banyena players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Kurrara were winning 1-2.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Barry Keayes to make the kick off. 55 minutes into the match, Banyena's goal looked a bit too open when Murdock Fallen came free, but Adolfo Skittrall reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 57 minutes into the match, Banyena's goalkeeper Adolfo Skittrall had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Murdock Fallen. When Bryant Toomey fell near the penalty area in the 60th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Banyena's protests and gave Bryant Toomey a yellow card for diving instead. When the match had been going on for 61 minutes, Kurrara's Barnabas Watts got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Adolfo Skittrall. In the 65th minute the ball was on its way in behind Kurrara's goalkeeper Bishop Clark, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The supporters of Banyena booed when Kurrara was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 66 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bishop Erwin didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 67th minute Jamie Gummow shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bishop Clark saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Murdock Fallen's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Adolfo Skittrall read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 69th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Barry Keayes's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Adolfo Skittrall was relentless in the 70th minute of the game. Bryant Toomey hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Barry Keayes in the 75th minute a chance for a shot on goal. Kurrara's supporters rose to their feet, but Ralph Alwege was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. In the 86th minute, Barry Keayes got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Murdock Fallen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Adolfo Skittrall having to interfere. After 90 played minutes Banyena got a freekick which was hit by Roy Thorne. Adolfo Skittrall was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Barry Keayes showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-4 in the 93 minute of play. Nicholas Gruer hit a great freekick 96 minutes into the match. In the 99th minute of the match Bishop Erwin sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Adolfo Skittrall skillfully saved the ball. When the match was over Kurrara could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Banyena throughout the match.
