Spectators: 6000 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Rolando Riley made the kick off and thus started the match. Corbett Belford hit a great freekick 9 minutes into the match. In the 10thth minute of the game Rolando Riley who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Keysie Knights's Daniel Kinnaird was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Eliot Rhoades hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. Eliot Rhoades kicked well hit freekick during the 12th minute of the match. Jarvis Oreilly made a fantastic save in the 15th minute, when Eliot Rhoades sent off a good shot on target. Oberne's Jarvis Oreilly played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marshall Greenan in the 18th minute of play. In the 19th minute Rolando Riley shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Daniel Kinnaird saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Hale Fitton fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Daniel Kinnaird having to interfere. After some careless play in the Keysie Knights defense, Rolando Riley kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Daniel Kinnaird. The Keysie Knights fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Daniel Kinnaird should have stopped the shot. Jarvis Oreilly showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Matthew Moon in the 30th minute of the match. Jarvis Oreilly came out of the goal in the 33rd minute to try and stop a shot by Keysie Knights's Corbett Belford. But to his dismay, Corbett Belford quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Oberne's attentive Hale Fitton managed to snatch the ball when Robert Howie made a throw-in in the 41st minute of the game. Lawrance Barry hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Matthew Moon was the one to do the kick off. 58 minutes into the game, Rolando Riley cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-2. Daniel Kinnaird was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 62nd minute, Eliot Rhoades got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Jarvis Oreilly took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Matthew Moon, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Oberne's Jarvis Oreilly played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Matthew Moon in the 70th minute of play. In the 73rd minute there was a penalty for Keysie Knights. Jemmett Quinnell stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Jarvis Oreilly. 3-2. Eliot Rhoades took the ball and in the 79 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jarvis Oreilly. Jarvis Oreilly dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-2. In the 84th minute, Eliot Rhoades left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Keysie Knights fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-2. If Rolando Riley had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 92nd minute, Corbett Belford made a precise shot to the right of Jarvis Oreilly. Oberne's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 6-2. A collision led to Oberne getting a freekick after 96 minutes play. Hale Fitton hit a great ball. The corner led Keysie Knights's Jemmett Quinnell to fire away a dangerous shot which Jarvis Oreilly despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Keysie Knights fans cheered their team off the field, for while Oberne had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
