Spectators: 6000 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Azure FC's Preston Jeffress started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. An unexpected shot in the 3rd minute by Eliot Rhoades got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Corbett Sobczak showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Matthew Moon, who was totally free with the ball in the 5th minute. 10 minutes into the match, Keysie Knights's goal looked a bit too open when Preston Jeffress came free, but Daniel Kinnaird reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Corbett Belford recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 13th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Preston Jeffress fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Daniel Kinnaird having to interfere. Corbett Sobczak showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Matthew Moon in the 22nd minute of the match. Matthew Moon received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Corbett Sobczak tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jarrett Mckinley hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. In the 34thth minute of the game Corbett Belford who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Azure FC's Corbett Sobczak was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 36th minute the ball was on its way in behind Keysie Knights's goalkeeper Daniel Kinnaird, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Ike Schenck had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ike Schenck fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Daniel Kinnaird having to interfere. 45 minutes into the game, Corbett Belford was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Keysie Knights's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Azure FC the free kick. In the 45th minute, Corbett Belford hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The wind increased when Matthew Moon made the kick off in the second half. Robert Howie charged in rather forcefully in the 59th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Robert Howie the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Keysie Knights's Robert Howie got a free kick in the 59th minute. Corbett Belford kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Preston Jeffress in the 66th minute of play forced Keysie Knights's goalkeeper Daniel Kinnaird to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Azure FC's zone, Eliot Rhoades stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Corbett Sobczak came out of the goal and Eliot Rhoades tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Preston Jeffress struck a weak shot in the 70th minute. Daniel Kinnaird didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Azure FC. In the 71st minute, Ned Kanack hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Daniel Kinnaird took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Preston Jeffress, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Keysie Knights's Marshall Greenan got a free kick in the 79th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 80th minute, Preston Jeffress managed to get in a good position for a shot. Azure FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Preston Jeffress was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Daniel Kinnaird breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ike Schenck could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 81st minute of the match, but Daniel Kinnaird made a huge save. 84 minutes into the match, Ike Schenck notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Keysie Knights's Daniel Kinnaird. Daniel Kinnaird was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. An unexpected shot in the 88th minute by Preston Jeffress got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. In the 90th play minute Ike Schenck came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Daniel Kinnaird. 0-2. The Azure FC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Azure FC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
