Andrew Smoothey came free in the 8th minute and tried to tip the ball over Barry Pickhills, but to the joy of Dapto's supporters the ball went over. After having played for 17 minutes, Barney Pukallus managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Dapto's supporters crossed their fingers, but Barney Pukallus was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Stew Breasley showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Berne Gilding, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. With a little luck, Club 4fun's Stew Breasley got control of the ball when Barney Pukallus tried to sneak it across the goal line. 25 minutes into the match, Dapto's goal looked a bit too open when Andrew Smoothey came free, but Barry Pickhills reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Berne Gilding was extremely unlucky when he, in the 28th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. An unexpectedly hard shot by Berne Gilding in the 30th minute of play forced Club 4fun's goalkeeper Stew Breasley to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Carlton Bower sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Andrew Smoothey kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. Andrew Smoothey came free in the 48th minute and tried to tip the ball over Barry Pickhills, but to the joy of Dapto's supporters the ball went over.

The wind increased when Andrew Smoothey made the kick off in the second half. Bryce Malacarne hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. 58 minutes into the match, Club 4fun's goal looked a bit too open when Barney Pukallus came free, but Stew Breasley reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Barney Pukallus in the 64th minute of play forced Club 4fun's goalkeeper Stew Breasley to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Kirby Skittrall fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Barry Pickhills having to interfere. After 68 played minutes Club 4fun got a freekick which was hit by Andrew Smoothey. In the 69th minute Barney Pukallus shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Stew Breasley saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Dapto getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. Max Deal hit a great ball. Stew Breasley took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Berne Gilding, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Stew Breasley made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Berne Gilding in the 83rd minute of play. Andrew Smoothey came free in the 85th minute and tried to tip the ball over Barry Pickhills, but to the joy of Dapto's supporters the ball went over. 87 minutes into the match, Club 4fun's goal looked a bit too open when Berne Gilding came free, but Stew Breasley reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Barney Pukallus had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Club 4fun's Carlton Bower got a good chance for a goal in the 92nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Club 4fun were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
