Bradley Mcneven showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hans Lingwoodock, who was totally free with the ball in the 4th minute. After 5 minutes, Clark Stockwin mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Kentville and the SexyMenG players grew even worse after the yellow card. SexyMenG's Jones Hoey got a good chance for a goal in the 9th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Bradley Mcneven was a little too slow when Hans Lingwoodock got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 11th minute. The score was now 1-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hans Lingwoodock in the 14th minute of play forced SexyMenG's goalkeeper Bradley Mcneven to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bradley Mcneven showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hans Lingwoodock in the 18th minute of the match. In the 19th minute Hans Lingwoodock shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bradley Mcneven saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The nice shot from Darryl Bailey in the 22ndth minute just in front of the goal should have ended in point on the board, but Bradley Mcneven had a great feel for the game and superbly saved the ball from getting in by the left post. When Burtt Krause fell near the penalty area in the 24th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Kentville's protests and gave Burtt Krause a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of SexyMenG booed when Kentville was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Burtt Krause didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Kentville's zone, Rob Oshea stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Damian Salcedo came out of the goal and Rob Oshea tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Jones Hoey succeeded in the game's 38th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 1-1. In the 44th minute of the match Jeremy Goucher shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Damian Salcedo showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Jeffers Solomon fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Damian Salcedo having to interfere.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Hans Lingwoodock stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. When Chuck Burmeister fell near the penalty area in the 51st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored SexyMenG's protests and gave Chuck Burmeister a yellow card for diving instead. Chuck Burmeister kicked well hit freekick during the 51st minute of the match. SexyMenG's Connor Erwin suffered a concussion after 60 minutes and had to leave the field. When Bert Peplow fell near the penalty area in the 60th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. In the 64th minute, Rob Oshea fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. When Jones Hoey came up free with the goalie in the 73rd minute, the SexyMenG fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jones Hoey couldn't finish the play. Rob Oshea fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Damian Salcedo having to interfere. The Kentville fans' excitement grew in the 80th match minute when Kentville's Hans Lingwoodock looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Darryl Bailey might have been able to make a better finish in the 84th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Bradley Mcneven. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Darryl Bailey ran back to his position shaking his head. Darryl Bailey fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bradley Mcneven having to interfere. Darryl Bailey scored 3-1 in the 92nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Bradley Mcneven, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Kentville's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
