Spectators: 8020 (Terracing: 6017, Seating: 1844, VIP seats: 159) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Loyd Clarke kicked off to start the match. Loyd Clarke fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 4th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Benedict Orvad having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Cuthbert's zone, Bernard Schulze stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Pierre Colling came out of the goal and Bernard Schulze tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Olliver Kuskopf during the 9th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 14th match minute, Telita was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bremen Clarke to maneuver through the defense. Benedict Orvad took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Loyd Clarke, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Loyd Clarke recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 20th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 22nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Telita's goalkeeper Benedict Orvad, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 25 minutes into the match, Loyd Clarke notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Telita's Benedict Orvad. Benedict Orvad was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 30 played minutes Cuthbert got a freekick which was hit by Duke Trevena. Bernard Schulze received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Pierre Colling tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Bernard Schulze came free with the goalkeeper in the 38th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Pierre Colling could save by the left post. After 40 played minutes, Cuthbert's Olliver Kuskopf shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Benedict Orvad came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Cuthbert reached it. Telita's Benedict Orvad played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Art Gaffigan in the 42nd minute of play. After 44 minutes, Loyd Clarke made it 2-2 with a short kick to the right side. Telita's Benedict Orvad tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Nathaniel Quinn to make the kick off. In the 53rd match minute, Telita was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by George Pegrum to maneuver through the defense. After 57 played minutes Telita got a freekick which was hit by Russell Sennett. In the 60th minute Cuthbert were awarded a corner. Eavan Matthes went to the cornerflag to take it. Pierre Colling showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bernard Schulze, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. 73 minutes into the game, Telita's Bernard Schulze nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Pierre Colling made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-2. 78 minutes into the game, Telita's Nathaniel Quinn nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Bernard Schulze blasted a shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Pierre Colling having to make a save. Nathaniel Quinn sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Benedict Orvad made a fantastic save in the 89th minute, when Art Gaffigan sent off a good shot on target. Telita's Nathaniel Quinn got a good chance for a goal in the 97th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. There was no doubt that Telita were the better team. Telita's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
