The referee ignored Lalla's protests and gave Randolph Ryan a yellow card for diving instead. Randolph Ryan kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. A collision led to only whites getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Dean Markou hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Lalla's zone, Douglas Stebbing stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Brooker Haslett came out of the goal and Douglas Stebbing tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 31 minutes into the match, only whites's goalkeeper Brooker Cassilly had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Paz Heberle. Everitt Pinkerton kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. When only whites's Douglas Stebbing in the 36th minute got a chance for a shot 36th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Bent Shirdon hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. Paz Heberle could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 44th minute of the match, but Brooker Cassilly made a huge save.

An unexpected shot in the 54th minute by Douglas Stebbing got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. only whites's Douglas Stebbing got a good chance for a goal in the 56th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Jessop Fraser charged in rather forcefully in the 59th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jessop Fraser the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 60th match minute, Lalla was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jessop Fraser to maneuver through the defense. Paz Heberle fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Brooker Cassilly having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Everitt Pinkerton during the 67th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 77th match minute, Lalla was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Randolph Ryan to maneuver through the defense. Douglas Stebbing recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 80th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 87 minutes into the match, Lalla's Jessop Fraser broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Lalla's Bernie Marsland got a good chance for a goal in the 89th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The supporters of Lalla booed when only whites was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Everitt Pinkerton didn't get a good kick on the ball. Douglas Stebbing's late challenge caught a Lalla's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Douglas Stebbing helped the player get up and apologised. Douglas Stebbing kicked well hit freekick during the 96th minute of the match. When the referee blew the final whistle jeers and boos were heard from the home team's supporters. They were angered to see Lalla lose a match they had controlled from the kick-off.
