Neville Kile recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 14th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Neville Kile during the 21st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Apunyal's Neville Kile got a free kick in the 22nd minute. Pearce Devine hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. With a little luck, Red Castle SC's Andres Clarke got control of the ball when Neville Kile tried to sneak it across the goal line.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Lorimer Duggan was the one to do the kick off. Jamese Aliendi might have been able to make a better finish in the 54th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Andres Clarke. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. But to his dismay, Jamese Aliendi quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. After a rather tough play, Apunyal's Jamese Aliendi got a free kick in the 66th minute. When Neville Kile came up free with the goalie in the 70th minute, the Apunyal fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Neville Kile couldn't finish the play. After some fancy dribbling in the 77th minute, Neville Kile managed to get in a good position for a shot. Apunyal's supporters rose to their feet, but Neville Kile was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Andres Clarke breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Andres Clarke showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Neville Kile, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute.
