Spectators: 6851 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1851, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Bath Colman started the match with the kick off. In the 4th minute, Brooks Cawthorne left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Stanley fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. In the 7th minute Corey Tresise shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Richard Durbin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Corey Tresise succeeded in the game's 9th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 1-1. Corey Tresise fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Richard Durbin having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 14th minute, Brayden Cudmore managed to get in a good position for a shot. Koumala FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Brayden Cudmore was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Richard Durbin breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Anthony Didlick charged in rather forcefully in the 17th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Anthony Didlick the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Stanley getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Anthony Didlick hit a great ball. Richard Durbin came out of the goal in the 23rd minute to try and stop a shot by Koumala FC's Corey Tresise. But to his dismay, Corey Tresise quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. Phillip Diefenbach made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edison Beins in the 26th minute of play. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 27th minute of the game. One of Koumala FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Stanley:s goal. In the 30th minute, Corey Tresise made a precise shot to the right of Richard Durbin. Stanley's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-3. An unexpectedly hard shot by Corey Tresise in the 36th minute of play forced Stanley's goalkeeper Richard Durbin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jake Heathwood struck a weak shot in the 38th minute. Richard Durbin didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Koumala FC. An unexpectedly hard shot by Corey Tresise in the 41st minute of play forced Stanley's goalkeeper Richard Durbin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 46 minutes into the match, Koumala FC's goalkeeper Phillip Diefenbach had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Brooks Cawthorne. Phillip Diefenbach made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edison Beins in the 47th minute of play.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Corey Tresise to make the kick off. After 51 minutes, Brayden Cudmore mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Koumala FC and the Stanley players grew even worse after the yellow card. Brayden Cudmore hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. 54 minutes into the match, Anthony Didlick had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Phillip Diefenbach. Koumala FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Anthony Didlick was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-3. 57 minutes into the match, Jake Heathwood notched a goal, 2-4, to the right of Stanley's Richard Durbin. Richard Durbin was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The supporters of Koumala FC booed when Stanley was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kris Devine didn't get a good kick on the ball. 61 minutes into the match, Stanley's goal looked a bit too open when Corey Tresise came free, but Richard Durbin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Koumala FC's Phillip Diefenbach played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Anthony Didlick in the 63rd minute of play. In the 64th match minute, Koumala FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Brayden Cudmore to maneuver through the defense. 67 minutes into the match, Stanley's goal looked a bit too open when Corey Tresise came free, but Richard Durbin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Stanley's zone, Biddle Saisell stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Richard Durbin came out of the goal and Biddle Saisell tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. During the 70th minute of the match Anthony Didlick completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Anthony Didlick a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. Anthony Didlick hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. Corey Tresise received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Richard Durbin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Through an outstanding action, after 78 minutes, Richard Durbin successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Brooks Cawthorne fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Phillip Diefenbach having to interfere. Koumala FC's Jarrett Alchin was substituted for Brayden Cudmore. Ronald Howarth kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. Richard Durbin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Corey Tresise, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Brooks Cawthorne sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Koumala FC walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
