Seating: 1859, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Bath Colman took the kick off in the first half of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bath Colman in the 4th minute of play forced BVB09's goalkeeper Henry Matthes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Anthony Didlick during the 6th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. BVB09 were furious when Olin Stockwin was red carded, 12 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. 12 minutes into the game, one of BVB09:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. After 17 minutes of play, Stanley's Bath Colman made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Henry Matthes was left in no man's land by his defense there! Richard Durbin was out of position in the 21 minute of play, and Jarrod Howie capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Jarrod Howie really showed his touch with that goal: 1-2. In the 26th minute, Edison Beins left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Stanley fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-3. If Amos Keam had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Patrick Osbiston sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Stanley's zone, Jarrod Howie stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Richard Durbin came out of the goal and Jarrod Howie tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Anthony Didlick was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 42 minutes had been played. Anthony Didlick hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. Amos Keam recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 44th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 45th minute, Jarrod Howie managed to get in a good position for a shot. BVB09's supporters rose to their feet, but Jarrod Howie was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Richard Durbin breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The BVB09 players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Stanley were winning 2-3.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Amos Keam was the one to do the kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Stanley's zone, Jarrod Howie stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Richard Durbin came out of the goal and Jarrod Howie tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Jarrod Howie had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Richard Durbin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jarrod Howie, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 61st minute, Patrick Osbiston got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 62 minutes of play, BVB09's Amos Keam made it 3-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Richard Durbin was left in no man's land by his defense there! After a defensive mix-up in Stanley's zone, Amos Keam stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Richard Durbin came out of the goal and Amos Keam tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 67th minute, Patrick Osbiston hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Bock Hart had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Patrick Osbiston sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Richard Durbin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jarrod Howie, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Amos Keam in the 73rd minute of play forced Stanley's goalkeeper Richard Durbin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Stanley's Richard Durbin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Patrick Osbiston in the 76th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 84th minute, Patrick Osbiston managed to get in a good position for a shot. BVB09's supporters rose to their feet, but Patrick Osbiston was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Richard Durbin breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Brooks Cawthorne had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Amos Keam fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Richard Durbin having to interfere. Jarrod Howie might have been able to make a better finish in the 90th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Richard Durbin. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Jarrod Howie ran back to his position shaking his head. Bock Hart charged in rather forcefully in the 92nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Bock Hart the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 92nd minute, Bock Hart hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 4-3 came in the 95th minute when Jarrod Howie all by himself managed to get straight through the defense and place the ball into the net to the right of Richard Durbin. BVB09's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
