The tension between the Brookong and the Red Castle SC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 9th minute, Edison Lingwoodock hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Benjamin Odonahoo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 13th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to Red Castle SC getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Edwardo Gillingwater hit a great ball. Quincy Harding in the 25thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Andres Clarke, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. 34 minutes into the match, Red Castle SC's goalkeeper Andres Clarke had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Quincy Harding. If Munroe Fortington had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bran Devere took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Paco Hayman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Christian Guy took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 49th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Andres Clarke. Red Castle SC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Lorimer Duggan to strike the kick off in the second half. The audience was convinced that Reese Holdsworth's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Andres Clarke was relentless in the 59th minute of the game. Andres Clarke showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edison Lingwoodock, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. Edison Lingwoodock fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Andres Clarke having to interfere. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
