In the 13th minute Jaffery Mcmillan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Payne Hinder saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Koumala FC getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Jonathan Millar hit a great ball. Corey Tout recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 17th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 21 minutes into the game, Jake Heathwood cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Payne Hinder was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Payne Hinder made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Corey Tresise in the 25th minute of play. Payne Hinder showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jarrett Alchin in the 27th minute of the match. 31 minutes into the game, Jake Heathwood cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-4. Payne Hinder was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Biddle Saisell fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Payne Hinder having to interfere. In the 36th minute, Corey Tresise made a precise shot to the right of Payne Hinder. Poneke's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-5. If Jarrett Alchin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 42 played minutes Koumala FC got a freekick which was hit by Tom Awege. Arne Prinsep received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. In the 64th minute of the match, Jake Heathwood got a very nice opportunity to score, but Payne Hinder was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. In the 67th minute, Jake Heathwood left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Koumala FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-8. In the 91st minute, Corey Tresise reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Payne Hinder. The goal made the score 0-12. When Jarrett Alchin came up free with the goalie in the 94th minute, the Koumala FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jarrett Alchin couldn't finish the play. The Poneke fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Koumala FC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
