Spectators: 8000 (Terracing: 6000, Seating: 1841, VIP seats: 159) Bud Mcjenkins started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. In the 4th match minute, Bamarong was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jerrard Willis to maneuver through the defense. 6 minutes into the game, Duffield Gannan was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Halifax's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Bamarong the free kick. A collision led to Halifax getting a freekick after 7 minutes play. Duffield Gannan hit a great ball. With his leg Lewis Alcock managed to avoid a goal in the 9thth minute, when Halifax's Navin Kenack fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. The supporters of Halifax booed when Bamarong was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Stanley Rishton didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Battle Rheistein in the 14th minute of play forced Halifax's goalkeeper Larry Playford to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Navin Kenack received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Lewis Alcock tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Bud Mcjenkins recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 19th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Navin Kenack received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Lewis Alcock tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Halifax's Larry Playford played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Battle Rheistein in the 33rd minute of play. After 37 played minutes Halifax got a freekick which was hit by Duffield Gannan. When Battle Rheistein came up free with the goalie in the 41st minute, the Bamarong fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Battle Rheistein couldn't finish the play. After a defensive mix-up in Bamarong's zone, Navin Kenack stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Lewis Alcock came out of the goal and Navin Kenack tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Battle Rheistein stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Lewis Alcock showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bud Mcjenkins, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bud Mcjenkins in the 69th minute of play forced Bamarong's goalkeeper Lewis Alcock to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 75 minutes into the match, Bamarong's goal looked a bit too open when Navin Kenack came free, but Lewis Alcock reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 78th minute, Jerrard Willis managed to get in a good position for a shot. Bamarong's supporters rose to their feet, but Jerrard Willis was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Larry Playford breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 84th minute Battle Rheistein shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Larry Playford saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jerrard Willis struck a weak shot in the 89th minute. Larry Playford didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Bamarong. With his leg Larry Playford managed to avoid a goal in the 92ndth minute, when Bamarong's Jerrard Willis fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
