Burns Schoenke showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aron Huther, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. Jordon Bohn made an important save on a dangerous shot by Craig Tevelien in the 22nd minute. Byrne Curtis could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 26th minute of the match, but Jordon Bohn made a huge save. The goalkeeper, Jordon Bohn, was totally fooled by Hells Bells SC's Jackson Scalzo, who 49 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Craig Tevelien made a kick off. Burns Schoenke made an important save on a dangerous shot by Aron Huther in the 60th minute. When Bernie Paddle fell near the penalty area in the 62nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Brookdale's protests and gave Bernie Paddle a yellow card for diving instead. After 62 played minutes Brookdale got a freekick which was hit by Bernie Paddle. A hard shot 65 in the game by Aron Huther from a close distance when the talented Burns Schoenke managed to make a qualified save. Hells Bells SC's players were relieved. After some fancy dribbling in the 69th minute, Craig Tevelien managed to get in a good position for a shot. Hells Bells SC's supporters rose to their feet, but Craig Tevelien was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jordon Bohn breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A collision led to Brookdale getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Nelson Minter hit a great ball. Aron Huther received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Burns Schoenke tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Hells Bells SC's Craig Tevelien got a good chance for a goal in the 78th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 79 minutes into the match, Hale Berresford notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of Brookdale's Jordon Bohn. Jordon Bohn was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After some fancy dribbling in the 83rd minute, Olin Murphy managed to get in a good position for a shot. Brookdale's supporters rose to their feet, but Olin Murphy was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Burns Schoenke breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Jordon Bohn took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Craig Tevelien, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Olin Murphy received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Burns Schoenke tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Hells Bells SC fans cheered their team off the field, for while Brookdale had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
