Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Alford Yard started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. If Alford Yard had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 5th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Alford Yard might have been able to make a better finish in the 6th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Davey Deal. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Alford Yard ran back to his position shaking his head. Alford Yard received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Davey Deal tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 15 played minutes Cheviot got a freekick which was hit by Brand Woodbridge. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 18th minute of the game. One of Cheviot:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of PEPE United:s goal. The referee gave PEPE United a penalty, 18 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Alford Yard, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Cheviot's Davey Deal. 0-1. In the 21st minute, Alford Yard left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The PEPE United fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. If Alford Yard had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Davey Deal showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alford Yard, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. In the 35th minute, 江勇文 hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The throw-in from Kyle Lucas in the 37th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Cheviot's Jervis Cowdell. Brand Woodbridge made in the 42nd minute of the game a quick throw-in and Larry Kreck immediately put the ball in play. In the 46th match minute, PEPE United was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Quincy Dobson to maneuver through the defense. The Cheviot players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. PEPE United were winning 0-2.
The wind increased when Bradley Fazey made the kick off in the second half. The supporters of PEPE United booed when Cheviot was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jervis Cowdell didn't get a good kick on the ball. The long shot by Quincy Dobson in the 52nd minute really tested Davey Deal's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. The supporters of PEPE United booed when Cheviot was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Logan Heys didn't get a good kick on the ball. Cheviot's Davey Deal proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 57th minute of the match, managed to save Cheviot from getting a goal against them. 58 minutes into the match, Cheviot's goalkeeper Davey Deal had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Alford Yard. Quincy Dobson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Davey Deal tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Alford Yard fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Davey Deal having to interfere. In the 69th minute, Brand Woodbridge hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. PEPE United's Nicky Van Mechelen got a good chance for a goal in the 73rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Alford Yard might have been able to make a better finish in the 74th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Davey Deal. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Alford Yard ran back to his position shaking his head. The audience thought a goal was coming when Alford Yard got free with Davey Deal in the 74th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. A collision led to Cheviot getting a freekick after 87 minutes play. Larry Kreck hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Cheviot's zone, Alford Yard stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Davey Deal came out of the goal and Alford Yard tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 90 minutes in the game Brand Woodbridge did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Larry Kreck. When the final whistle sounded PEPE United left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Cheviot.
