Munroe Balaam charged in rather forcefully in the 16th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Munroe Balaam the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Halifax FC's Munroe Balaam got a free kick in the 16th minute. Robert Butterworth sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Rich Boothey's late challenge caught a Quaama's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Rich Boothey helped the player get up and apologised. After 26 played minutes Halifax FC got a freekick which was hit by Rich Boothey. Bradley Haeberle showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rich Boothey in the 30th minute of the match. Bradley Haeberle took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Munroe Balaam, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 34th minute, Robert Butterworth managed to get in a good position for a shot. Quaama's supporters rose to their feet, but Robert Butterworth was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Benjamin Pack breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Bradley Haeberle showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Munroe Balaam in the 36th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Halifax FC's Bran Gray got a free kick in the 37th minute. In the 43rd minute, Fleming Leach made a precise shot to the right of Benjamin Pack. Halifax FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 46th minute of the game. One of Quaama:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Halifax FC:s goal. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Munroe Balaam made the kick off in the second half. In the 58th minute, Munroe Balaam made a precise shot to the right of Bradley Haeberle. Quaama's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. Bradley Haeberle was a little too slow when Drew Hardiman got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 62nd minute. The score was now 2-2. Rich Boothey kicked well hit freekick during the 65th minute of the match. 67 minutes into the match, Quaama's goal looked a bit too open when Munroe Balaam came free, but Bradley Haeberle reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Quaama's Bradley Haeberle played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Munroe Balaam in the 69th minute of play. Bradley Haeberle made an important save on a dangerous shot by Drew Hardiman in the 71st minute. Munroe Balaam took the ball and in the 72 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Bradley Haeberle. Bradley Haeberle dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-3. Benjamin Pack showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Robert Butterworth, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. Bradley Haeberle didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Drew Hardiman went, in the 87th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-4 was the resulting score. An unexpectedly hard shot by Munroe Balaam in the 91st minute of play forced Quaama's goalkeeper Bradley Haeberle to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, Quaama's Bradley Haeberle got control of the ball when Drew Hardiman tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 95th match minute, Quaama was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Downing Mcmahon to maneuver through the defense. After 97 played minutes Quaama got a freekick which was hit by Downing Mcmahon. After recieving a nice pass, Halifax FC's Bran Gray tried to score from far away in the 98th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar.
