Brye Barugh took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Arthur Hitchen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Bremen Caddick struck a weak shot in the 14th minute. Stanley Bouer didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Meow. The audience thought a goal was coming when Bremen Caddick got free with Stanley Bouer in the 16th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Arthur Hitchen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Brye Barugh made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joshua Prince in the 26th minute of play. Meow's Bud Sanderson pulled a muscle in his back after 29 minutes and couldn't finish the game. Keefe Isaac's late challenge caught a Meow's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Keefe Isaac helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Wyanga getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Keefe Isaac hit a great ball. In the 31st minute, Bremen Caddick hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 35 minutes into the match, Arthur Hitchen notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Meow's Brye Barugh. Brye Barugh was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Stanley Bouer made an important save on a dangerous shot by Bremen Caddick in the 46th minute. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Bremen Caddick stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Marshall Thiele struck a weak shot in the 53rd minute. Bremen Caddick might have been able to make a better finish in the 74th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Stanley Bouer. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Bremen Caddick ran back to his position shaking his head. If Marshall Thiele had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
