The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 5 minutes into the match, Jimmy Team's Tom Millar sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Brye Barugh narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Brye Barugh showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Chuck Shearn in the 6th minute of the match. Jess Vickery showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bremen Caddick, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. Tom Millar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The crowd rose to their feet as Tom Millar kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Brye Barugh. That made the score 2-0 in the 19 minute of play. Jess Vickery showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bremen Caddick in the 22nd minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Tom Millar's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Brye Barugh was relentless in the 26th minute of the game. After a defensive mix-up in Meow's zone, Tom Millar stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Brye Barugh came out of the goal and Tom Millar tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 32nd minute of the match, Tom Millar got a very nice opportunity to score, but Brye Barugh was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Tom Millar struck a weak shot in the 34th minute. Brye Barugh didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Jimmy Team. Brye Barugh made a fantastic save in the 42nd minute, when Tom Millar sent off a good shot on target. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Chuck Shearn during the 43rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 43rd minute, Chuck Shearn hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Bryant Durbridge sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Tom Millar to make the kick off. In the 51stth minute of the game Tom Millar who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Meow's Brye Barugh was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Jess Vickery made a fantastic save in the 53rd minute, when Bud Sanderson sent off a good shot on target. Marcus Sperling received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Brye Barugh tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Jimmy Team booed when Meow was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Randall Schonke didn't get a good kick on the ball. 64 minutes into the game, Bryant Durbridge was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Jimmy Team's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Meow the free kick. After 66 played minutes Meow got a freekick which was hit by Bud Sanderson. When the match had gone on for 72 minutes, Tom Millar put it in 3-0 from a short distance just to the right of Brye Barugh. When the match had gone on for 76 minutes, Tom Millar put it in 4-0 from a short distance just to the right of Brye Barugh. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tom Millar in the 79th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Brye Barugh saved Meow from getting behind. Jimmy Team's Jess Vickery played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marshall Thiele in the 82nd minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Tom Millar in the 87th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Brye Barugh prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Meow's Brye Barugh played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Stew Dollymore in the 90th minute of play. If Tom Millar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Jimmy Team had played much better football throughout.
