Hale Shipp could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 8th minute of the match, but Brand Stockwin made a huge save. After a rather tough play, Badsons's Dakota Howarth got a free kick in the 10th minute. Pymble Leopards FC's Dugald Rhodes couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 11th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Badsons. John Hogan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Alford Cudmore tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Alford Cudmore made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from John Hogan in the 21st minute of play. 24 minutes into the match, Pymble Leopards FC's goal looked a bit too open when Barnes Tongs came free, but Alford Cudmore reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. John Hogan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 29th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Hale Shipp kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. John Hogan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Alford Cudmore tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. John Hogan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Matthew Holdsworth sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 43rd minute Barnes Tongs shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alford Cudmore saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Berkeley Sperling came up free with the goalie in the 47th minute, the Badsons fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Berkeley Sperling couldn't finish the play. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Payton Mudie made the kick off in the second half. The audience thought a goal was coming when John Hogan got free with Alford Cudmore in the 55th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Alford Cudmore stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Barnes Tongs's shot from short distance in the 59th minute. Brand Stockwin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hale Shipp in the 64th minute of the match. 69 minutes into the match, Pymble Leopards FC's goal looked a bit too open when Barnes Tongs came free, but Alford Cudmore reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Brayden Soekirno recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 72nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Badsons's Brand Stockwin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hale Shipp in the 77th minute of play. Brand Stockwin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hale Shipp in the 80th minute of the match. In the 82nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Badsons's goalkeeper Brand Stockwin, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. John Hogan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alford Cudmore having to interfere. John Hogan scored 0-1 in the 87th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Alford Cudmore, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Dakota Howarth fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alford Cudmore having to interfere. Badsons's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
