The crowd rose to their feet as Gondwana Baryonyx's Dakota Fazey slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Brand Stockwin. That made the score 1-1 after 17 minutes of play. Cain Awage kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. Brand Stockwin made a fantastic save in the 23rd minute, when Brendan Bacon sent off a good shot on target. 27 minutes into the match, Badsons's John Hogan sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Cod Mcgaw narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Gondwana Baryonyx's Antonio Maslin got a free kick in the 28th minute. In the 30th minute, Bray Jackson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Barnes Tongs sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Cod Mcgaw showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Barnes Tongs in the 34th minute of the match. Badsons's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Gondwana Baryonyx the free kick. 41 minutes into the match, Gondwana Baryonyx's Fletcher Reynolds shot a high long ball. Badsons's goalkeeper was lucky when the ball hit the right post and out. Brand Stockwin made an important save on a dangerous shot by Brendan Bacon in the 46th minute. If Brendan Bacon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The wind increased when Dakota Fazey made the kick off in the second half. Gondwana Baryonyx's Brendan Bacon got a good chance for a goal in the 52nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The audience was convinced that Dakota Fazey's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Brand Stockwin was relentless in the 54th minute of the game. 63 minutes into the match, Gondwana Baryonyx's goalkeeper Cod Mcgaw had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by John Hogan. A collision led to Gondwana Baryonyx getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Bray Jackson hit a great ball. Barnes Tongs received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Cod Mcgaw tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Cod Mcgaw showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Barnes Tongs in the 68th minute of the match. Brand Stockwin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Brendan Bacon in the 70th minute of play. John Hogan succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-2 in the 76th playminute. 80 minutes into the match, Antonio Maslin had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Brand Stockwin. Badsons's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Antonio Maslin was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-2. Cod Mcgaw showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Barnes Tongs in the 84th minute of the match. If Dakota Fazey had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dakota Fazey in the 95th minute of play forced Badsons's goalkeeper Brand Stockwin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
