The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Jamie Markwell showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Carleton Tongs in the 4th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Bruce Mackney in the 9th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Eavan Tauschke prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Bruce Mackney in the 10thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Eavan Tauschke, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Bran Stevenson scored 0-1 in the 12th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jamie Markwell, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Bruce Mackney stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in T&G OCEAN's zone, Bran Stevenson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jamie Markwell came out of the goal and Bran Stevenson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 97th minute the ball was on its way in behind MooPee United's goalkeeper Eavan Tauschke, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar.
