After 24 minutes of play, Blackened FC's Andy Howarth made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Berkeley Minne was left in no man's land by his defense there! Eagleston's Berkeley Minne played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jerrard Simpson in the 37th minute of play. Andy Howarth sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 40th minute, Jack Park got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Alan Porteus recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 42nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.

Jerrard Simpson in the 54thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Berkeley Minne, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Jack Park blasted a shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Berkeley Minne having to make a save. Berkeley Minne took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Andy Howarth, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 75 played minutes Eagleston got a freekick which was hit by Potter Freel. Berkeley Minne made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jack Park in the 78th minute. After some careless play in the Eagleston defense, Jerrard Simpson kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Berkeley Minne. The Eagleston fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Berkeley Minne should have stopped the shot. 88 minutes into the match, Eagleston's goalkeeper Berkeley Minne had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jerrard Simpson. Eagleston's Berkeley Minne played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jack Park in the 89th minute of play. In the 93rd match minute, Eagleston was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Russ Schoenke to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alan Porteus in the 97th minute of play forced Blackened FC's goalkeeper Sam Behla to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
