Boris Wang showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gavril Mironov in the 7th minute of the match. In the 9th minute, Jimmy Pizza's Brandes Fallen seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Brandes Fallen the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Jimmy Pizza protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Brandes Fallen had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In the 9th minute, one of Jimmy Pizza:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Jimmy Pizza. 温云志 received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Boris Wang tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 17th match minute, Jimmy Pizza was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Danton Holdsworth to maneuver through the defense. 温云志 fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Boris Wang having to interfere. In the 22nd match minute, Jimmy Pizza was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bernard Seistrup to maneuver through the defense. 温云志 received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Boris Wang tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 26 minutes, Jackson Quinn mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Jimmy Pizza and the Penaldo Pessi FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 29 minutes, Rodd Pearman made it 0-2 with a short kick to the right side. Jimmy Pizza's Boris Wang tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Jimmy Pizza's Boris Wang played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by 温云志 in the 32nd minute of play. Gavril Mironov fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Boris Wang having to interfere. Rodd Pearman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Boris Wang tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Bernard Seistrup during the 36th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 38th minute Gavril Mironov shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Boris Wang saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Rodd Pearman in the 42nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Boris Wang saved Jimmy Pizza from getting behind. In the 46th minute, Rodd Pearman left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Penaldo Pessi FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. After the first half Penaldo Pessi FC were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Rodd Pearman was the one to do the kick off. 温云志 sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Rodd Pearman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Danton Holdsworth charged in rather forcefully in the 61st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Danton Holdsworth the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Danton Holdsworth hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. With his leg Boris Wang managed to avoid a goal in the 65thth minute, when Penaldo Pessi FC's Rodd Pearman fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Rodd Pearmans short, quick shot in the 67thth minute got Boris Wang to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Jimmy Pizza's Boris Wang proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 68th minute of the match, managed to save Jimmy Pizza from getting a goal against them. After a defensive mix-up in Jimmy Pizza's zone, Rodd Pearman stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Boris Wang came out of the goal and Rodd Pearman tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 温云志 fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Boris Wang having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Rodd Pearman's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Boris Wang was relentless in the 80th minute of the game. After having played for 84 minutes, 温云志 managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Penaldo Pessi FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but 温云志 was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Boris Wang didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Rodd Pearman went, in the 86th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-5 was the resulting score. In the 91st minute the ball was on its way in behind Jimmy Pizza's goalkeeper Boris Wang, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Penaldo Pessi FC's Arthur Muncaster got a good chance for a goal in the 93rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Penaldo Pessi FC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
