Spectators: 7960 (Terracing: 5971, Seating: 1831, VIP seats: 158) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Everett Staworowski started the match with the kick off. In the 10th match minute, Homewood was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Reginald Annis to maneuver through the defense. 14 minutes into the game, Benard Howarth cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Larkin Sanderson was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After a rather tough play, Dribblers FC's Tobie Maslin got a free kick in the 17th minute. Homewood's Dani Pfingst couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 18th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Dribblers FC. Reginald Annis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Larkin Sanderson having to interfere. Larkin Sanderson stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Benard Howarth's shot from short distance in the 22nd minute. In the 27th minute Benard Howarth shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Larkin Sanderson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 36 minutes, Everett Staworowski managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Dribblers FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Everett Staworowski was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Reginald Annis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 40 played minutes Dribblers FC got a freekick which was hit by Fabrizio Dollamore. 41 minutes into the match, Homewood's Reginald Annis sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Larkin Sanderson narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Benard Howarth fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Larkin Sanderson having to interfere. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Benard Howarth made the kick off in the second half. 54 minutes into the match, Homewood's goal looked a bit too open when Everett Staworowski came free, but Gregory Conlin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 69th minute Everett Staworowski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gregory Conlin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Everett Staworowski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Everett Staworowski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gregory Conlin having to interfere. 85 minutes into the match, Fabrizio Dollamore notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Homewood's Gregory Conlin. Gregory Conlin was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After some fancy dribbling in the 89th minute, Benard Howarth managed to get in a good position for a shot. Homewood's supporters rose to their feet, but Benard Howarth was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Larkin Sanderson breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Gregory Conlin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Everett Staworowski, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute. Everett Staworowski's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Gregory Conlin read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 95th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Dribblers FC had won after a very even match.
