Rusty Shearn walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. Danton Awage fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Roland Pfingst having to interfere. 14 minutes into the game, Parker Lunt was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. YouShallNotPass's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Rockwell the free kick. In the 14th match minute, YouShallNotPass was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Parker Lunt to maneuver through the defense. 15 minutes into the match, Rockwell's Rusty Shearn broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Brent Lonergan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Roland Pfingst tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a little luck, Rockwell's Stew Lovis got control of the ball when Brynn Pearse tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 20th minute, Brent Lonergan ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Roland Pfingst was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. After some careless play in the YouShallNotPass defense, Brent Lonergan kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Roland Pfingst. The YouShallNotPass fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Roland Pfingst should have stopped the shot. Roland Pfingst took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Brent Lonergan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 29th minute, Lawrence Howarth fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Stew Lovis, passed just outside the right post. Stew Lovis made a fantastic save in the 35th minute, when Brynn Pearse sent off a good shot on target. Lawrence Howarth fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Stew Lovis having to interfere. Danton Awage fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Roland Pfingst having to interfere. If Danton Awage had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Danton Awage made the kick off in the second half. Brynn Pearse's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Stew Lovis read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 53rd minute of play. Stew Lovis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Brynn Pearse, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. Danton Awage received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Roland Pfingst tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Rockwell's Stew Lovis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Brynn Pearse in the 63rd minute of play. 66 minutes into the game, Rockwell's Brent Lonergan nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Roland Pfingst made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. Brynn Pearse fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Stew Lovis having to interfere. YouShallNotPass's Roland Pfingst played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Danton Awage in the 74th minute of play. YouShallNotPass's Roland Pfingst proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 78th minute of the match, managed to save YouShallNotPass from getting a goal against them. In the 85th minute Danton Awage shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Roland Pfingst saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, YouShallNotPass's Roland Pfingst got control of the ball when Brent Lonergan tried to sneak it across the goal line. 92 minutes into the match, Rockwell's goal looked a bit too open when Lawrence Howarth came free, but Stew Lovis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Danton Awage fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Roland Pfingst having to interfere. When the match was over Rockwell could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than YouShallNotPass throughout the match.
