Dani Oconnell kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. Phil Pickhills sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Marshall Missen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Dugald Limmer tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Marshall Missen in the 30th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Dugald Limmer saved Australia Fc from getting behind. Australia Fc's Dugald Limmer played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Phil Pickhills in the 35th minute of play. Cliff Crawford fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Carleton Byrnes having to interfere. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Carleton Byrnes showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. During the 59th minute of the match Dani Oconnell completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Dani Oconnell a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. When Phil Pickhills came up free with the goalie in the 62nd minute, the Wauraltee fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Phil Pickhills couldn't finish the play. 66 minutes into the game, Eden Nurthen was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Wauraltee's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Australia Fc the free kick. After a rather tough play, Wauraltee's Eden Nurthen got a free kick in the 66th minute. If Cliff Crawford had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Eden Nurthen was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 73 minutes had been played.
