Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Roland Convine made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Phil Pickhills in the 5th minute of play. When the match had gone on for 5 minutes, Marshall Missen put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Roland Convine. In the 12th minute Lorenz Capellemans shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Carleton Byrnes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Carleton Byrnes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lorenz Capellemans, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in Wauraltee's zone, Lorenz Capellemans stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Carleton Byrnes came out of the goal and Lorenz Capellemans tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 20th minute, Phil Pickhills hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Kevin Macinnes recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 21st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Lorenz Capellemans scored 1-1 in the 26th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Carleton Byrnes, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When Brennan Maddern fell near the penalty area in the 35th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Clarevaulx's protests and gave Brennan Maddern a yellow card for diving instead. After 35 played minutes Clarevaulx got a freekick which was hit by Brennan Maddern. 42 minutes into the game, Murphey Goodwin was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Clarevaulx's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Wauraltee the free kick. In the 42nd match minute, Clarevaulx was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Murphey Goodwin to maneuver through the defense. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Lorenz Capellemans fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Carleton Byrnes having to interfere. Kevin Macinnes's late challenge caught a Wauraltee's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Kevin Macinnes helped the player get up and apologised. After 94 minutes of play, Wauraltee's Phil Pickhills made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Roland Convine was left in no man's land by his defense there!
